- The Optio LS465 features an easy-to-remove transparent panel on the front of the camera. You can easily change the camera’s appearance simply by setting a design sheet between the camera body and this panel. Use the designs included with the Optio LS465 or create a one-of-the-kind original design using your own photographs, posters, or hand-drawn illustrations or patterns. The camera’s front panel is made of high-quality aluminum with a hairline finish, offering an elegant, refined appearance, even without a dress-up sheet.

- Wide-angle 5X optical zoom lens, covering focal lengths from approximately 28mm to 140mm (in the 35mm format) can easily handle a wide variety of subjects and scenes.

- Face Detection AF&AE function automatically catches the subject's face in sharp focus and in optimum exposure. Smile Capture mode automatically releases the shutter the moment the camera detects the subject’s smile.
- Capture beautiful, high-definition-TV-quality movie clips (1280 x 720 pixels) at a frame rate of approximately 30 frames per second.
